Business Hours/Communication
Wednesday-Friday 10am-8pm
All communication is made via text or through in person/digital consultations. I do not answer phone calls in order to keep records on file.
New Clients
Please visit new client page to be directed to the service menu and online booking system. If you have any further questions, please text (530)631-5496. Please allow a 24-48 hour response time.
Returning Clients
Please book or pre book future appointments via my booking link. For questions on what service to book, please text (530)631-5496.
Payment Methods
Form of payment accepted: Exact Cash (I don’t carry change in the salon), Apple Pay, Venmo, Credit Card/Debit Card ($5 processing fee applied), Cherry Payment Plans (processing fee applied at checkout)
Confirmation/Cancellation/Late Policy
No call/No shows do not get rebooked.
Please confirm the appointment 48 hours before via confirmation text that will be received to the phone number on file. If the appointment is not confirmed by the day of appointment, your appointment will be canceled and a 50% charge of your service will be applied to the card on file. If you no show your appointment and have confirmed your appointment, your card on file will be charged for the full service.
48 hour cancellation policy: if you cancel within 48 hours, a 50% charge of your service will be applied to the card on file.
Late policy: a 15 minute grace period is applied as this goes into my next clients appointment time. If late beyond the grace period, your appointment will be canceled/rescheduled and a 50% service charge will be applied to the card on file.
Guests
One extra guest is allowed. No children allowed.
Appointment Changes
If you have a scheduled appointment for color or for hair extensions and you alter your hair from the original consultation, your appointment may have to be postponed. Ex: In our original hair extension consultation we decide on ordering dark brown extensions, but you colored your hair at home after our consultation. Now your hair color does not match the original hair extension order. This will cause for me to exchange your hair order which can take up to 2 weeks+ and your original appointment will have to be postponed.
Refunds
All deposits and services are non-refundable. This includes all services done in the salon and hair extension orders. Due to hair extensions not being refundable, if you need to cancel your installation appointment, your hair will be mailed to you or can be picked up in the salon.
Any concern with your hair must be made within 72 (3 days) hours of your appointment. If a correction is desired that was not originally requested via the booking link, a new appointment will have to be made. If there was an oversight on my end, I will make the correction free of charge within 72 hours of being notified of your appointment.
